What is Yeti Software?
Yeti Software, formerly known as Yeti Software or Yeti Software Management System, is a web-based platform built to support exterior property maintenance operations year-round. Initially focused on snow and ice, Yeti has expanded to offer full-service tools for operations, billing, dispatch, routing, and contract management—while keeping snow management at its core.
What is Yeti Software Operator?
Yeti Software Operator is our mobile app designed to be easy to use and quick to learn for your snow plow operators in the field.
Do I have to pay for each separately?
No, both Yeti Software and the Yeti App are included together.
Can I use the Yeti App without Yeti Software?
No, the Yeti App requires information from Yeti Software in order to function. You will enter your sites, equipment, clients, and drivers into Yeti. This data is pushed to the app for your operators to view in the field.
How can Yeti Software use my information to help me run my business?
Our system will allow you to record GPS verified data from snow removal services completed on your sites. These records will then be compared with your contracts, equipment rates, and allow you to accurately bill in a timely fashion.
How does the mobile app generate records in Yeti?
Each driver gets a unique login to access the mobile app. You can create and assign routes of your sites to drivers in Yeti Software. The driver will enter photos, notes, and time information simply through the mobile app for each site. These records will then be sent to your system portal.
If I cancel my Yeti account what happens to my data?
If you cancel your subscription your data will be kept for a period of 30 days, after which it will be deleted. If you require access to your data within this 30-day period, a data recovery fee will apply.
If I only use Yeti in the winter, do I have to pay all year?
Yeti Subscribers have the option to toggle to Off-Season mode. By putting your subscription into Off-Season mode, which allows for a 50% discount when enabled. You will still have full viewing capability, the ability to run all reports on the data already generated ,and best of all, we continue to securely store all your data while you are not fully utilizing the platform. All other functionality is disabled. But hey, it’s half price.

Why do we charge in USD?
1. We’ve always charged in USD as it is pretty standard for SaaS subscription company.
2. We service internationally, with clients in Canada, USA and UK and for that reason we bill in one currency for simplicity and consistency.
3. We have a high percentage of expenses charged in USD so this helps streamline our finances
4. Lastly, please note that we strategically priced our plans in USD lower in order to compensate for any possible fluctuations in FX.
What happens if I archive a site in Yeti?
Yeti Software will enable you to select specific sites and archive them. You will not be charged for those sites; however, those sites will be removed from contracts, removed from routes, and all Service settings will be lost. Archived sites will not be accessible from the mobile app.
