Our Story

Hands-on experience running a snow removal company led Kevin Speilman to create a tool to solve the daily headaches of managing crews and sites during winter storms. What started as a simple tool for tracking timesheets quickly evolved into Yeti—a powerful platform designed for the unique challenges of lawn care and snow professionals.

Today, Yeti Software is built by a growing global team, staying true to Kevin’s original mission—to help exterior maintenance companies streamline operations, reduce risk, and scale with confidence. With deep industry roots and an ambitious roadmap, Yeti continues to evolve, expanding to support the entire business — from sales and contracts to financial tools and subcontractor payments.

In Loving Memory of

Levi Speilman, Yeti’s first Product Manager, and a snow veteran himself, was the heartbeat of the early company. His vision, energy, and belief in our mission played a foundational role in what Yeti is today. Levi passed away unexpectedly in 2022 at the age of 27. Today, our product still reflects his voice, his standards, and his passion for designing powerful tools that are easy to use. The values we live by are a reflection of who Levi was, and who we strive to be.
